Our Story

The Cider House building was originally Knight's Stables. Part of our family purchased these acres and the buildings in 2001. The main hall had dirt floors, metal walls, the kitchen is where the goats where and our Farmhouse Room was the shop area. We started running some of the events in 2004. We then purchased the house on the premises and moved to the farm in 2007.
It's been quite the conversion over the years. Chad has done so much work on the facility!!! I come up with the vision, and he works hard to bring it to life! We now have our retail area open during the week with lots of great pie and sandwich options and more, right here on the premises!
