Chef Gary is going to take you right into the middle of Mediterranean Cooking!!!
Edamame Toast, Preserved Lemons, Pork Tenderlion with Roasted Vegetables and Grapes, Whole Grain Pasta Salad with Fruits and Greens, Steamed Aromatic Salmon with Preserved Lemons & Caper Berries!!!! Oh my word! Your taste buds will be popping!
Our classes are very interactive and you are able to ask questions throughout the class!
To maximize our space, tables do seat 4, so you may be seated with another party. If you have another party you'd like to sit with, please let us know. You can email jeanne@theciderhouseevents.com or call 816-925-0884.
