Let's Make Tamales!!!
We will start you off with some Mexican Rice and Soup as your starter! Chef Jill will teach you how to make the masa, which you will do in groups. She will then demo how to assemble the tamales and then she will set you loose! Each team takes home a dozen UNCOOKED tamales. Due to time...Chef Jill will serve tamales that she made ahead of time. You will have the choice of red or green salsa to enjoy them with.
Cost of Event: $70/person + tax
Our Airbnb, where the cooking class will be located, is connected to our main event center, the west side. We will have special signage leading you in.
